Definitely. There are a variety of reasons why clients sometimes want to use another space, including:

  1. A client needs a space that is able to support more than 120 participants
  2. A client’s participants are located too far away from New York City
  3. A client’s workshop is part of a larger event and needs to be co-located with the other event
  4. Our facility is booked already at the client’s requested time

In this type of situation we can offer help in two different ways:

  1. We can come to your own location and create a rich environment through the use of portable kits that allow us to set up an environment similar to Innovation Loft. This environment, though scaled differently depending on your location size, will offer the same creative, supportive and inspiring environment needed for your participants to think innovatively and reach solutions to big issues efficiently
  2. Our facilitation team can work with your event stakeholders to help clarify objectives, define a theme, craft an agenda, provide recommendations for outside speakers, create innovation exercises and if desired, run, facilitate, document and provide support for the event followup. Our services are portable, so we offer whatever is needed
